  1. I/we have clearly understood that this application does not constitute an Agreement to sell and I/We do not become entitled to the provisional allotment and /or possession of a Farmhouse /Plot/ Built-up Unit/Unit notwithstanding the fact that the company may have issued a receipt in acknowledgement of the money tendered with this application. I/we agree to sign and execute the booking on the Company’s standard format agreeing to abide and agree by the terms and conditions of the same. I/We have read the standard format of the booking/ Allotment Letter of the company.
  2. All expenses, regarding the execution of sale deed of the undivided interest in the land as well as the superstructure on it to come, will borne by the customer.
  3. Intending allottee(s) agrees to pay the total cost of the plot of rupees.As per payment plan.
  4. In case of cancellation of the booking or withdrawal by the allottee/applicant, the money paid by the allottee/applicant shall be refunded back to him/her without any interest after necessary, 20% deduction of plot value as decided by the builder/Developer.
  5. In case, the client fails to pay three (03) consecutive EMI’s, the booked property shell be treated as cancelled and the paid amount Shall be forfeited.
  6. If the client desires to physically visit the site after the payment of 1st EMI, a request email to be sent to the crm of JMV Developers, within 30 days from the date booking. In case the visit couldn’t be executed within the defined time line of 30 days.
  7. In Case of Client facing problem for site/project/location visit and he wants to withdrawal the paid amount then he has to raise an email within 30 days of booking, after the certain period inquiry will not be acceptable.
  8. In case client’s installment does not come on time, then allotee will have to pay 10% of the outstanding installment to the company by adding the due installment as a penalty.
  9. After allotment of the plot all taxes or charges whether levied during execution or in future by Govt. or Authority concerned on the land shall henceforth be borne and paid by the intending allottee(s) only.
  10. Concern court alone shall have jurisdiction in all matters arising out of land/or concerning this transaction.
  11. The intending allotee(s) has/have full knowledge of that the presently proposed layout plan may further be changed and substituted by other layout plan(s) as, when sanctioned /approved by competent Authority in which event the number of the said plot, its location, size as booked/allotted to the intending allottee(s) may change and be substituted by new number, location, size etc; to which the intending allottee(s) has/have confirmed that he/she/they shall have no objection having been prior informed to this eventuality. The intending allottee(s) also agree(s) to abide by the terms and conditions of the company
  12. The tentative layout plans have been seen by the applicant(s) / intending allottee (s)and agrees that the company may affect such variations/alternations/modifications etc., therein as deems fit or appropriate and/or as may be done by the Developer/builder and the applicant(s) hereby gives his/her consent to such variation/additions/alterations/deletions/modifications etc.
